As per your tracking id yesterday I have to receive the goods by 11am but delivery time keep on changed upto 7.40pm, then your issue person Mr.Narasimman rejected the goods on my name and returned without my consent. Your tracking agents not approchable, I was not able to tell my consent anybody with your courier. Today I am going abroad with the goods. Because pf your poor service I am in a critical situation.
