Vouchers for return of the biba apparel is not activated
Hi Team, I have called BIBA customer care multiple times to reactivate my vouchers as given below since I was not able to purchase within 1 year from the date of return. I returned the apparel last year & received by email the below mentioned vourchers. I have sent email as well but there is no response. I feel like BIBA is cheating us of our money & there is no response.

I made the mistake of ordering a dress from biba online about 1.5 months back I am now regretting bitterly for the same. First size issue. Next whatever ordered from your site n available is suddenly not available at your end. And finally I get a torn dress for which I'm supposed to write the address on top of the cover. One of the worst online experience IV ever had. I should go with my story to the social media unless I get an immediate redressal
