Refund

• For any query/complaint regarding refund you can contact the customer support.
• In case of return/refund you must submit the application within 14 days of the problem occurring. 
• No refunds will be issued for unused services such as sightseeing, food, guides, rides, cruises, and optional trips within a trip or if the customer fails to board the flight on time.
• In case of emergency cancellation of a flight no refund will be provided if it vilolates the flight booking policies.
