Dear BeastLife Support,
I received my order today. Unfortunately, the Anabolic Mass Gainer (Malai Kulfi 2.5 kg) was delivered in an unacceptable condition.
The issues are:
- The product was received without a proper seal / already open.
- The scoop is missing.
- The powder appears to be spilled inside the container, which raises concerns about product quality and safety.
The two Creatine Monohydrate products in my order are properly sealed, but the Mass Gainer is not.
Since this product appears to have been opened or improperly packed, I request an immediate replacement or a full refund. I have attached unboxing video showing the condition of the product.
