I purchased my BattRE electric scooter from your Ghatshila branch on 03.08.2023, and as it's still well within the warranty period, I’m extremely disappointed with the charger issues.
This is the third time the charger has stopped working. Every time, it’s sent for repair, which takes nearly a month, and even then, it stops working again without proper use. This repeated issue is causing us serious inconvenience.
My father, who uses the scooty, has a metal plate in his leg and cannot ride any other vehicle due to the weight. This scooty is the only mode of transport he can manage, so being without it is creating real difficulty for our family.
I kindly request you to replace the charger immediately. If the issue is not resolved this time, I will be forced to take necessary action for lack of proper assistance despite repeated complaints.
