Cancellation & Refunds

Option 1

• Cash on Delivery or Online Payment After Fitment or UPI Options
  such as PayTM, GooglePay and Phonepay.

Option 2

• Payment using Credit/Debit/Net banking options/EMI.

The customer is eligible for full refund, if the customer cancels the order or if Batterywale
cancels the order due to some un forseen force majure reasons before the car battery or
bike battery or inverter battery is dispatched.Cancellation charges of Credit or Debit
card will be withheld.

In case the car battery or bike battery or inverter battery is dispatched and installed there
will be no refund and will abide by the warranty options of the manufacturer. Customers
can cancel the order by calling 9666300003 or by sending an email to
