I tried to call in vadodara

I tried to call in vadodara depot but call is not reachable in last 1 hour and when call is alerting no one response of my call.
Bad service from vadodara depot side.

Staff not available for issuing passenger pass

Irresponsible staff

Passenger pass issue time is mentioned as from 8.30am to 2 pm but no staff was available for issuing pass
Other staff was having breakfast and not responsive at all. A person told me that the madam who issues pass is on leave and no one will fill her space.
So as a passenger, do i have to rely on these people for issuing pass and have to use money for ticket despite having pass but due to their ignorance i am not able to issue on time

Vadodara Stantral Bus Depo Inquiry Person Not Atten The Call

Respected Sir
I'm trying to Inquiry about bus .
But that person is not pickup the call from last half hour .
If that person is not interested in his work please release him.
Don't waste our taxpayers money.
Now I'm going in private travels Bus.
Thanx To GSRTC for this superb service.

For simplification of different stoppages of all bus route

Rey sir,
We are facing the problems that different bus have different stoppages on same route please make it uniform and only two type that is express and local. And strictly instruct all the drivers and conductor to stop the bus where ST define the storage.

Sir,I kindly inform u that your employees are not working properly
I was calling last an hour ago,the ring is ringing but they didn’t responded and after a minute the number was busy and again i tried to contact them but again he didn’t received my call. so if your number is not working please update a new number and give a good response to people
your working only because of us so behave like this please

Not attending phone

Sir, if u have given bus station numbers online for passengers easiness. Then why that numbers are manned by any individual. I m trying makarpura bus station number continously for one information, but noone is attending call, initially it was busy for some time and then no response. Either u delete numbers for enquiry on phone or u please manned these numbers. Thanx
