The Enquiry Number 1800-419-42XX is saying switch off after multiple time of connecting, which is very hopeless and careless service providing by state transport. How can an enquiry number be switched off? Any idea how this will impacted on passengers? Seems you guys are care about the passengers impact and issues!!! Really very very bad and worst service provided by state transport and I am wasting my time to write such mail because of I am caring about something and thinking about something which you are not. Even I am sure you guys will not see this mail and the poor service will be continue as it was and as it is. Actually you are deserving a salute for such type of service!!!!
