i have subscribed for Multi Device Plan. i have paid 1999 rs. by internet banking but after payment its showing error and amount is debited from my account but i did not received any order confirmation email, Payment receipt or Product key on my registered email or phone number. please refund my money soon.

I was upgrading my avast antivirus but I didn't get my product key so kindly check and send my product key and I have already paid 1068 rupees for 1 years subscription. Paid by UPI payment method.

I have paid for the premium version, after a week I get an e-mail which said the payment was not received, nor have I got a proper reason for the same. My subscription got deactivated, no reply to any mail received, my money is also gone.

I had downloaded Avast's anti-tracking software for a month's free trial around the 7/8th Oct. Now, I wish to exit and do not want to continue with it. So, please do the needful and do not extend its validity and do not charge me for the same.
