Delay for getting the bike.
Dear Sir/Mam,
Myself Sachin Koli, I had purchased your bike in November 2021. I had paid all your money 2500/- for registration, plus 35000/- for Down Payment. The loan has been disbursed from IDFC Bank. The EMI will be getting started from 2nd March 2022, i.e. in the next month. But still why you are not delivering the bike. Why so poor service from ATHER. The Sales Executive at Nerul (Navi Mumbai) name Jafar never attend the calls.
Requesting you to kindly look on this and deliver me the bike ASAP.
