This was one of the best Malayalam TV shows I ever watched. We hate it when Malayalam shows or programs have sprinkles of Tamil and Hindi in them which is usually the case. This was a program completely in Malayalam, head to toe. We loved it so much

NO TV CHANNEL SERVICE SINCE fifth june EVENING
I hold asianet connECTION from TW0 THOUSAND EIGHT in GURUVAYUR IN SREEKRISHNA and got it transferred toKRISHNA KRIPA,ICICI BANK OPPOSITE ROAD WEST NADA GURUVAYUR.ASIANET COLLECTED shifting charge+[rs Five thousand/-as advace subscription in feb].Connection was functioning ok till this fifth evening.On fifth evening experinced heavy rains, Both electricity and channel struck functuioning On next day power restored but no T V for me.So I cotacted customer care[since local office not responding]and the lady executive after collecting details asked me to wait for her cheking system.I( waited and she informed line fault is showing and local office will be asked to attend.But no smms of regn recieved I contacted when another lady came and repeated entire process after and repeated the same reply.Then also it was not reflecting regn I continued and seeing no result lodged complaint in web for which I got number.Still none turned upI send second one to which replied this time not registering as previous complaint is existng.As none turned up y-day evening I contacted customer care and after hearing in full that lady executive gave me fresh complaint no HE AND ASSURED ACTION AT PMBy an asianet man came and checked set top box and confirmed fault is in it.As he has not brought substitute he also left w/o restoring. Today I sam swms reading"your complaint request has been closed as a duplicte tkt for customercare your tkt . Seeing this I called customer care. the lady executive seems to be qiet unfit to hold this office as was restless to hear and was asking me not to talk my personnel grievence she has to be answered or administrative executive term. I reminded that the 1st quality needed for customer care dealing is patient hearing AND KINDNESS TO RENDER ALL POSSIBLE ASSISTANCE TO SOLVE ISSUE.fURTHER CARE AND SYMPATHY TO OLD ,DISEASED AND CHILDRE.Any how there is no hope for result and hence this complaint.Please awaed immediate result
