Need refund since three days
my order AS7838301357 was delivered today. However, the product received does not match the one shown in the picture on your website. Additionally, the stitching appears to be done manually and lacks the expected finish and quality.
would therefore like to initiate a return for this item and request a refund to my original payment method.
