ISSUE WITH REPAIR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED

I have purchased a product Aqua Fresh Smoke Audi 18 ltr on 05th April 2024. Since now the there is an issue with the product and it need repair services, for which i have contacted on your customer care number and also registered my complaint on your website but I have not received any service for repair.
I have contacted your customer care again to reconfirm repair services and he says we will not take your request for repair services since you have purchased it from flipkart. If you cannot give the services just based on purchased from third party then why did you allow it to get sold through e-commerce platform if you cannot provide the services.

I humble request you to please provide the repair services.

These people are fraud charged me 3X price for changing the RO part. When I asked for the bill denied to provide.

Replacement of a faulty main filter

I am from kattumannarkoil Tamil Nadu. I have been using your Aquafresh water filter for many years.

Now there is some problem with the main filter for the past xx days. I made complaint with the dealer. Even after 25 days nobody came to repair repair it. Please take necessary action immediately.
