                       This is to inform you that I Priya Arora want to take maternity leave starting from 2nd of March. As I am nearing my due date (17th of march) of delivery. Therefore doctor has suggested me to take complete rest for few days before and after delivery period. So I would like to take leave for 8 week starting from 2nd of march. I have attached all the relevant medical certificate and other details with my application.

So, I expect you to understand my situation and Kindly grant me maternity leave for 8 weeks.
