INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION TO THE CANDIDATES
Transfers are not permissible into first year degree course.
Transfers from Distance Education Mode to regular colleges are not permissible. Transfers are permitted only into II Year of Degree Course (with due consent of Principals concerned and subject to availability of seats) with the prior approval of the University from one District to another District OR from District to City or vice-versa under the jurisdiction of MGU. Transfers are also pennissible into II Year of B.A./B.com courses from a regular college to CDE, MGU, with the consent of the Principal and Director, CDE, MGU subject to rules inforce.
Admission on transfer shall not be made by the Principals directly without the prior approval of the University.
Candidates are required to pay of Rs.l020l- (One thousand and twenty only) towards transfer fees payable through D.D. drawn in favour of "Registrar, Mahatma Gandhi University" payable at Nalgonda from Nationalized Banks only
7. Transfer Applications shall not be entertained without the following:
i) Consent of the Principals concerned /Director, CDE as the case may be;
ii) Xerox copies of the Memorandum of Marks of I and lorllyear Degree Course;
iii) Demand Draft for Rs.1020/- in favour of "Registrar, Mahatma Gandhi University"
8. Transfer Applications received after the last date prescribed shall NOT be enterlained.
NOTE: THE UNIVERSITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ADMISSION OF THE
CANDIDATE AT ANY AS AND WHEN IT IS DETECTED THAT THE ADMISSION
ON TRANSER IS AGAINST THE RULES.
