Request for Support Regarding APC UPS Issue
This is regarding an APC UPS (Serial no: S0B2448G18133). The detailed invoices are attached. I purchased the UPS through Amazon last year to back up my computer. However, I recently found that it is no longer providing backup power.

Service for 6.k.v.a ups ups not given bakup
Since last 15 years we are using apc ups but from last 3-4 months we are facing problem regarding backup.
After power cut ups give backup only 5mins.
Please provide service as soon as possible.

WE HAD ALREADY COMPLAINT FOR THE SAID UPS AND THE ENGINEER CAME TO OFFICE AND CHANGED THE BATTERY TWICE ON 18TH OCTOBER 2022, BUT PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.THE SAID UPS IS NOT GIVING BACKUP SO KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
THIS IS FIRST COMPLAINT AFTER SELLING MINIMUM 50 NUMBERS , SO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL AS EARLIER AS POSSIBLE.
