- You can cancel your ticket using this Ticket Cancellation Form .
- For e-ticket refund complaint, email at refund [at] gsrtc [dot] org or customer-support [at] gsrtc [dot] org with your PNR number, e-ticket reference number (starting with GS), registered mobile number and date of transaction.
- For failed transaction, you can check the status using this Refund/Transaction Enquiry Form .
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of journey.
- Refund for cancelled tickets will be processed within 7-21 working days and for failed transactions within 7-10 working days.
