Even after complaining twice
Even after complaining twice on your grievance mail, no solution has been found.
When you cannot resolve any complaint, there is no use of creating a complaint mail. Where should the customer go for his solution? Neither the dealer nor the company listens to him.Very poor performance of the company in terms of service.
No one should buy the escooter of Umpire company, it is very bad company.
Battery issue with dealer-
Dear sir,
Three years back I am purchase Ampere REO PLUS Li from ANGEL AUTO CARE, VELLORE-632006. We are any simple service use this dealer only. Two days back problem my vehicle not move. Checked by battery after told dealer your battery failure. I am check my battery Serial Number that battery not mine dealer not proper response.

I bought an ampere ev. I want to know how much subsidy is available, how can we get it? Talk about central subsidy and state subsidy.

I have already purchased magnus EX scooter from Cochin, Kerala before 2 years ago and showed a battery compliant 2 times. Now I have given vehicle for replace battery before 2 weeks ago and I have no idea when it will return to me. The dealer is Gloria Associate, Kochi, Kerala. Can you speed up the process?

faltu service... My ampere magnus charger is not working and the service from dealer and company is totally disappoint us. we didn't get solution from last 1 month... really totally waste of Money..Company policy is only in Sale not in interested to resolve problem
Ampere primus
We brought vechile at Maruthi Agency in Vijayawada Pin code is 520 003. Yesterday our vechile Ampere primus stopped in the middle of the road the same happened more than 2 times before also but they said that software update will solve that problem but yesterday when the vechile stopped we call the dealer ship they siad that they will call in 2 minutes but that time happend on today morning at 10am that too after we reached out cusotmer service. They came at 2pm and they checked it they said we will take it to service center they took the charger and keys and they left the vechile in the middle of the road and they are not even lifting the calls when we reached customers service they are talking rudly to us. Some one please give some suggestions.
Service and parts
If you need for stress,headache,BP then don't go any where just buy a ampere scooter, company will give you as much you need.
I have claimed for battery 2 to 3 months ago because of battery backup.
Now charger got damaged.
Service at salem dealer KRS Enterprises
The KRS enterprises salem.1.Normal general service they need three days.2.charging high amount than outside workshops. Example tyre replacement they are charging 1400 including labour. Same brand Outside 1100 including labour. Difference 300 INR. 3.high amount on gerneral service. Rs 1200 without any spare. One day one mechanic will take care a bike means one day labour 700 to 800 ok. How can it be 1200?
Regarding services of Ampere company
Very poor and worst services. At the time of sale of scooty dealer said very big promises and very good quality of Scooty but after sales he has not served and also every thing has become chargeble also MCB feature is at very low quality.
Tyres and Horn quality is very very poor. (Horn disabled within 1 month, MCB disabled within 1.5 months, Tyres have plim within 6 months after purchase).
Also dealer said about Subsidy which has not come till now.
Khairthal, Alwar (Rajasthan) Dealer services is very very very poor and very worst.

Hello sir I brought magnus ex model on April 2022.. and now on April 2023 it is just a waste for me because 2 times battery issue came and now I am scared of riding this scooter that the scooter might stop somewhere and I HV to bring it home by pushing it...
