Cancellation And Refund

• For any query/complaint regarding the booking you can contact to customer suppor
• If you cancel before the phlebotomist arrives, refund will be provided with no cancellation charges.
• If the phlebotomist arrives but no sample is collected, a refund is given after deducting a ₹ 150 service fee.
• Refunded amount will be credited back in your account within 7 business days.
