For Cancel Reservation

Through App

• Tap on Trips  and tap the reservation you want to cancel.
  
• For a reservation that says Pending Host approval, tap Cancel reservation.
• Tap Cancel request

Through Desktop

• Go to Trips and click Show more trip plans
• For a reservation that says Pending Host approval, click Cancel reservation
• Click Cancel request

Note: Some reservations may generate additional charges or temporary authorisations.

Refunds on fees

• Cleaning fees: If there is a cleaning fee, it is always refunded if you cancel before check-in.
• Airbnb service fees: Service fees are refunded if you cancel during the free cancellation period for your reservation.
• On-site property fees: If a hotel or other professional Host collects property fees on-site, any refund of those fees is at the discretion of the Host.
