, બસ બુક કરાવ્યા પછી કોઈ રીપ્લાય મળતો નથી

મેં આજે બુક કરાવી હતી અમદાવાદ ટુ ડીસા પણ બસ એના ટાઈમ પર આવી નહીં અને ઇન્કવાયરી માંથી યોગ્ય રીપ્લાય મળ્યો નહીં જેથી રાત્રે વરસાદ માં બહુ હેરાન થવું પડ્યું બસ બુક કરાવ્યો તેની સાથે બસનો નંબર આવો જોઈએ અથવા તો કંડક્ટરનો નંબર આપો જોઈએ

Ahmedabad Gita mandir bus stand .they have a wall clock whose showing 4 min early time any driver can follow that time and take bus early I miss bus due to that but no one take responsibility today I specially check the time....ut show the early Time... kindly correct that
