Don't buy their products. They never respond your complaint. Just waste of money. Even their sales executive is very rude. They don't need any costomer.

am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the Activa home water heater that I purchased approximately 10 months ago. Until recently, the product functioned properly, but it has now developed a serious problem.

Whenever I switch on the water heater, the main power supply of the entire house trips and all electrical switches turn off. This indicates a possible internal fault with the heater, which is not only inconvenient but also a potential safety hazard.

The product is still under warranty, and I kindly request you to take immediate action to inspect, repair, or replace the faulty unit at the earliest possible time.
