Celling fan noise problem

I purchased (Activa_Corolla (900 MM) Fan on 15 April 2026 .Unfortunately, the fan is emitting a persistent noise and humming during the operation, even after checking that all screws are tight and the blades are clean. This noise is inconsistent with the product's advertised quiet performance..It is loud enough to disrupt normal daily activity and sleep.I request a replacement the fan under warranty as soon as possible.

Don't buy their products. They never respond your complaint. Just waste of money. Even their sales executive is very rude. They don't need any costomer.

I want to bring to your attention that I purchased two Activa fans from your showroom, one of which has become faulty. The fan is still under warranty, which is valid for two years.
When I spoke to your toll-free number, your representative advised me to get the fan repaired from a nearby showroom and said that the company would bear the cost. However, when I contacted the showroom, they said that the company will only pay Rs. 150 and I have to bear the rest
Subject: Complaint Regarding Faulty Water Heater Purchased
am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the Activa home water heater that I purchased approximately 10 months ago. Until recently, the product functioned properly, but it has now developed a serious problem.
Whenever I switch on the water heater, the main power supply of the entire house trips and all electrical switches turn off. This indicates a possible internal fault with the heater, which is not only inconvenient but also a potential safety hazard.
The product is still under warranty, and I kindly request you to take immediate action to inspect, repair, or replace the faulty unit at the earliest possible time.
