Worst service, it's been 4 days, I'm trying to following up everyday, but they are not even atleast thinking to fix the issue.
Escalated to nodal officer, still no proper action from any of the team.

From past one week no internet

This is a worst experience with this network...they r taking bulk months payments but not giving good service...we r complaining fro past one week ..but there is no response from act....really this is the waste of money for us ..don't go for this...they only need money

After repeated follow up got the connection resolved on 19.07.2023 12.30. From morning 20.07.2023 again not working . It's really sorry state. We want to switch over to the other network

Not getting internet speed as per plan

Raised three times query on speed not getting as per plan, but they closed without solved.

Pathetic customer service and responsibilities, from last 8 month I'm paying cost for 150mbps and I'm getting less than 20 Mbps speed.

Worst services from ACT

No one is trying to resolve the issue; instead, they keep closing the tickets and blaming on the devices which I am using.

Also they keep dragging they are verifying and not looking for the commitment - "Not Upto, its exactly whatever speed you have choosen".
If I opt for 40mbps, I am getting 23 to 38mbps only. And ACT is not providing the committed speeds.

Is this the way providing the services and blaming / skipping the issues by just closing without contacting customers and verifying with customers?

I got haressed just becoz of Act officer i said i lost my job i needy refund its no month now i can nkt stay here without any job but thy played a game with me thy asked to drop the router to the tnagar chennai i went there i lost and also got harresd the police helpef me drop the home but wat ever i faced it ws just becoz the the nodal officer who was not ready to gelp me asked to go to return the router now i m gonna case this its very serious matter how thy can do this the cx

disconnection not done

I have requested for disconnection on 17th June and sent mail to nodal officer. in the app there is no option to disconnect. customer service number is not picked. my connection is not working from 15th may. for my repeated complaints and request for disconnection I get credit for a week which I don't want. I have removed modem. cable drawn to my house is removed. still act claims dues from me and informs me that my connection is reactivated. this is unprofessional service from a multinational company

Internet connection not working

Very worst service provider. Repeatedly facing internet connection issue, and I have informed customer care that there has been some damage in the cable wire. It is already 3rd day, nobody has come and changed the wire. New connection will be provided in a day of time. But when it comes to service, it won't be resolved with the time constraints.

I made one month payment for new connection Sathya sales person called and insisted on paying further amount saying 1month plan is not available only 3or 6months plan is available due to lockdown hence I requested for refund and called off act but since then I have no proper response from any of them I also mailed to nodal officer Vijay but no use I am frustrated calling their useless customer care service n number of time where they will ask for mobile number only and ask to wait for sales team connect but call gets disconnected after 15mins Any one please tell proper solution to get my money

This is one of the worst service providers. These people will never respond to any of our quires and no one will take responsibility and they will come behind u to take their connection but later if u call them for any issues they will block your number.
Very bad connection and disconnects now and then.

New installation

I have taken new connection on 30 June made all the payment but after 11 days still waiting for the installation and person who had taken the responsibility for installation who has send me the payment link name of that person (Santosh)
,since 5 days he is not responding anymore and i am not getting proper response from CC what should I do is it very wrost i used to think first .

Collecting regular payments without giving one day time. But providing service is too worst.
From past one week link is down and whenever i called to customer care they said within 2 hours our team will call you back but still i havent receive calls.

Installation not being done

I am writing this mail I made the payment on 1/06/2020 . Installation not being this as this is highly unprofessional from your side as every day I am calling the customer care and they are telling by the end of the day and within 24 hours I will receive call  or response about the installation,till date not body called me. Please tell whether its possible from your end or not. Refund my money I will take another service which is better than you. The sales person named Shankar who call me every day to take the connection after the selling of the product he is not picking the call at all. This is one of the horrible experience from ACT.

Hopeless service

Internet has been down for 2 days now. Cannot reach the customer care numbers, ticket has been raised against the issue. The responsible person has his number SWITCHED OFF! No responses to the countless emails I have already dropped. Its literally affecting all the people who are working from home here.
I even tried calling the nodal officer here. Phone is always "busy". No way of escalating the issue. Terrible, terrible service.

Sir , I paid the fee , They came the very next day . they done the setup , everything all they told me Internet will come in 1 day. but it has been 2 days and 3 days and whenever i call them , they think , find and tell me in different reasons and their ultimate goal is not to give me my internet connection. But still i never got my internet connection . whenever i call them , they don't pick up my call and even blocked my number and i have to call them , i have to message them , i have to pay fee , what is this sir ? . After all it was not a big problem for them , it's a small problem and even for it they take 3 days . I have a small doubt when i found your company , you told about you in your company name 'ACT' , and it was real that you are acting. you can die man . I want my service today if not i will not be patient anymore

I have take 6 month plane and I paid for 6 month pack bill amount at a time. Once it is done I did not recharged to act connection. Now when I triying to reconnect it is showing due amount 520 Rs. Now you tell me why did you charge 520 additionally when I don't want this after 6months.
