24cabs, I am writing you multiple time, but no response, please refund for cancelled booking.
Fraud
Dear 24Cabs Management Team,
I am writing to formally escalate a critical failure of service regarding my booking today, 17-06-2026, which was scheduled for an 08:00 AM pickup.
I had not received any driver details, vehicle number, or contact information via SMS or email. Furthermore, your primary helpline is continuously busy, completely cutting off any means of communication or customer support.
Because of this total lack of execution and zero responsiveness from your end, I have been left stranded at my pickup point and have been forced to make alternative travel arrangements at the last minute to avoid missing my commitments.
Demand for Full Refund:
According to Point No. 2 of your official Terms & Conditions provided in my confirmation email: "Advance payment will be refundable if your booking is cancelled." Since 24Cabs has failed to dispatch the vehicle and fulfill the contract, this constitutes an automatic cancellation and breach of service from your side. I hereby demand a full refund of the advance amount of ₹630 paid online.
