My account got deactivated without permision or any notice. There is some myntra credit amount in my account so reactive my account asap

You guys have suspended my account for nothing, I never breached nor violated any terms however you guys have pulled my account, maybe you guys are so eager to get as many as new accounts signed up just to increase the number of users or showoff that number.
Never expected your brand is a pussycat.
All I did was purchased on your platform, now if that's a policy breach let me know..

My Myntra account registered with mobile number *70161xxxxx* has been deactivated without any prior intimation.

When I try to login, it shows _"due to security reasons"_ and I am unable to access my account.

I have not received any email/SMS/notification regarding this. This is causing major inconvenience as I have pending orders and account balance/coupons linked to this account.

I request you to please *investigate and reactivate my account* at the earliest and inform me the reason for deactivation

I was charged extra amount by delivery guy on my order.. Total price to be paid was rs 23 but that guy charged me with rs 130... HE TOLD ME myntra showed the same amount to be paid for is rs 130.. Once I have checked, its was only 23 amount to be paid I called him back he assured me that he will check and provide me with the details after that he made his phone off.. I have reached out to myntra customer care on the same day They told me they will provide me with the best resolution.Its been 10 days since I haven't get any resolution they put my query on resolved every single day.. i am following them since the day still I'm struggling to get my refund... Now a days shopping from myntra is so disturbing... A clear perfidy is happening..

I have never been more disappointed with any other website except myntra. I have been trying to return my sketchers footwear that I ordered and there is absolutely no response. Now tomorrow will be the last day of return and still there is no response. Can someone please share the managers number who takes care of returns. I will have to escalate it to all social media platforms regarding the possible customer care that Myntra has.

I received the product on 25 February 2026 and returned it on 26 February 2026 according to your return policy. However, my refund has still not been processed.

Today is 14 March 26 and despite multiple calls, emails, and providing my bank account details as requested, I have only been repeatedly asked to wait 24–48 hours without any resolution.

This delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience, mental stress, and harassment due to repeated follow-ups..

Myntra deactivated my account out of nowhere.I also dont order as such....also i have ordered something which is not upto mark by myntra...need to return it...but they have deactivated the account...I am a student cant bear such a loss...I am umable to place the return request too...

I'm facing issue from myntra.

I'm hating myntra so much , never gonna buy anything from Myntra tbh , wouldn't suggest because it does scam , I never experienced but did it first time on 7 feb and within 5 mins I contacted costumer care but it is there for only name no help is given , they play return cancel game with you, they created return themselves then cancel it by their side , it happened with me 6 times on same products, and when you call they will just say we're highlighting your problem no action is taken , and not even single action is taken they took my 1100 money , they're doing scam , first they gave me water in the name of face wash and later no action is taking I'm contacting them from 10 days no action is taken and they succeed in doing fraud that's all that are not reflecting on their instead ignoring this , my money is not refunding , I hope I never trusted myntra application and they just give frustration in the name of help, no help is given till now , it's been 10 days

My money have not credited yet. And not showing in my account order history. It’s over more than 72 hours but why not credited to my source account ?? Check it out and refund my money .

I had placed an order for two parcels, but I have received only one, while the Myntra application is showing both parcels as delivered. When I raised a complaint, I was informed that the order has already been delivered. However, I can confirm that one parcel is still missing.And now they are denying to get the refund and also they are not giving me the product. In this case I lost my money as well as I have not received my product. And now myntra is saying we can't do anything we have investigated that the product is packed and delivered.

I have ordered amante blue lounge and had received a peach shorts.
Ive immediately raised complain and since 25.07.2025 i haven't received any proper solution.
Everytime a new executive ask me to send pictures of the product and every since the noted day ive being sending pictures of the product received yet you people are not being able to solve this issue.
Its very annoying that you assure authenticity yet you scams customer like me and many more in list.

I purchased an item from Myntra but I don't liked that due to quality measures so I returned it back and the payment that I made was through online mode but now till September 9 2025 it has been 3 days I have got no refund...I app it's showing that refunded successfully but I haven't received any message through my bank and also not from Myntra through Truecaller of money credited...and more worse the reference no provided to me is invalid and talking to help center was waste of time the ended the chat without resolving my problem and continuously I am complaining for 3 days but no resolution found.. please help me out please...I am already facing money problems.. please I just want refund

The Delivery service is very poor

seems they have started selling used cloths too now , its very useless service and products . take a note myntra team , deleting my profile from your portal .

I am trying to reach customer care to refund a product , which the delivery boy refused to pick up saying its white and can only be returned if he has special instructions from #Myntra. Trying to reach customer care for past one week not able to reach them and neither can i contact them by email. Seriously they have one of the worst customer care support. Myntra sucks in customer care

I am unable to track my order and i received a msg that myntra is unable to deliver my item and they are getting it back in 24 to 48 working hour. I didn't recieved any of the call from the delivery executive so i want to know the reason for not delivering also. Myntra logistics are careless. They even do not have a helpline no. They provide a number via sms when i called on that no its switch off.
