Sir I hv order my product in starting of March n I got the delivery at the end of the month . When I opened the product it was broken and then I talk to the customer care executive they said the will response soon bt till nw they hv nt responded to me and still I hv nt got my refund so pls hv a look on this matter n take an action against it .

I had ordered one jeans from Myntra but due to big size i want to return the product because of only price tag they refused to denied I told them u can also CHK the quality product is unused but no one care even their cc no not reachable is this a customer satisfaction services if compared with Amazon they are not.

complain abt the delivery person myntra

I had ordered expensive shoes online from myntra,got message also that I'm going to receive the parcel today ,and the delivery person's name and the phone number was also there ,so I called the delivery person named sushanta Roy ,his contact number is -8172035245 ,he was very rude,he doesn't know how to talk with the customer,very arrogant he was ...,I asked him nicely when you gonna deliver my parcel,he said he is never going to deliver my parcel,he is not a delivery person that's not his job he said to me very rudely!I'm a frequent buyer of myntra and Amazon ,Amazon is the best in my experience until now,myntra is also good but the delivery people are the worst in my experience,)so now my question is ,how I'm going to receive my parcel when u ppl have such a bad and rude deliver person like this pathetic sushanta Roy ??? Very dissapointed
