I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT HDFC MANAGMENT DOING NOT WATCHING WHAT THIS NAUSHEEN DOING, HARASHING NRI CUSTOMERS.
now i decided to take my money out and close my HDFC account i cant update my new mobile number because of this wonderful NRI Customer service desk representative.

Personal Loan

Sir, Madam

I have applied for a personal loan in HDFC Bank Agartala Branch. and my application got accepted (23756260). Yesterday(26th Feb 2013) i got a call from the bank and i completed the formalities an gave the officer cheques (24 nos) as the loan was for two years. But I left the amount blank. He told me that it will not be a problem as the payee account is HDFC personal loan only. Moreover he told me that the EMI amount will be SMS ed to me by today and by today the amount will be credited to my account. But nither the SMS came nor the amont is credited.

I want to bring it to the notice of higher authority that why i am not even informed about my EMI till now. Why the official has taken blank cheques from me.? In case of any problem whom i should contact?

Why HDFC people are not commited to what they promise or say ????

Address/Phone Number Change::Nausheen Ansari, NRI Customer Care

HDFC NRE/NRO Banking experience has been a nightmare. I changed my phone number recently and also my Overseas address. I mailed the address change form along with my lease copy, mobile bill and Marriage certificate as a proof of change of my Indian Address. to overseas PO Box address, This is beginning of another nightmare. The guy named Nausheen Ansari sitting on Customer Service Desk, Mumbai, started sending standard refusal mails without reading my responses, telling me that
a. My signature is different(Don't know which document he is talking about),
b. Confirmation required which address to be updated.....although my coverletter and application form clearly states it.
c. Address mentioned in Marriage certificate differ with the address on the application and not self attested.....I don't know what kind of training he has.....he can't relate 2+2, Address in Marriage certificate is the address that I want to update to, The site which gave the application form did not mentioned self attested, Marriage certificate is Govt Of India Attested document....I don't know what else this guy needs
d. Copy of Bank Statement is net downloaded and not self attested.......What is net downloaded????....It is e-statement from regular US bank....all included Govt of India embassy and US Embassy accepts it....this guy is trying to act as if he is bigger than both.....Also for Self attestation nowhere it is mention in HDFC site.......
e. Copy of Mobile Bill is net downloaded and not in my name.....Again many bills are paper less in USA, if this guy does not know....even HDFC send paperless e-statements.....Also I told Mr Nausheen Ansari that my name is in the bill if he takes the pain to read the bill from beginning till end....but I guess he is some king of kings that doesn't want to read it.

I hope hdfc sort this matter out ASAP.

Misbehavioural Arrogance @ HDFC Dahisar (E),Mumbai

I had visited Dahisar Br. for amount withdrawal @ 23-10-2012.The Cash counter queue is appeared bottleneck as 6 persons are waiting.I bring it to notice to Security Guard.The Cashier,Mr.Dilip Singh intervened & replied arrogantly by using absurd words.Again,at the time of my turn of cash withdrawal ,he.Mr.Dilip Singh placed the amount arrogantly on the desk & again ferrociously staring at me by using uncultured body language. Now,other employees intervened & convinced him to behave proper.
Kindly consider the complaint & take necessary action asap.

I had given a FD of 3OOO/- as security for SPICE connection in about year 2OOO through HDFC BANK A/C BRANCH sec 8 chandigarh,which I now wanted to get back. This needed NOC from IDEA. Ms Palak arora deputed at counter 3 of HDFC BANK sector 8 chandigarh not only guided me but properly processed my request . On two earlier visits, I was not told right procedure by Others. A dedicated & humble employee raises the prestige of his INSTITUTION & needs to be appreciated!!!!!!

I had an issue with HDFC bank

I had an issue with HDFC bank Depository Charges, Initially when we did not have Demat account they force us and create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged 842/-..DEPOSITORY CHARGES AUG12 - 33504895. This is very bad. And I have never used the Demat till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would have communicated that i have not been using and will charged then I would have
closed the account. And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same

Actually last monday i have lost my card. somebody had swipped my card at lifestyle store so i had called to your customer care for some assistance they had done same but i had to know the exact place of that lifestyle store because in the sms i did not got the place of that store. so i request you to please send me that exact place where my card was swipped so that i can enquire for further . please revert me as soon as possible.

by mistake I filled my tax under ITNS 281 while I am working in co. so I have to choose ITNS 280.
Unfortunately my co. is not providing revised Form-16 for this case.

Pls guide/suggest me for the same, If HDFC can do something for this case.

we are student, we are outsider. we come for study.we stay in hostelite area, near cummins college ,lane 1,karveagar area,pune. There are your HDFC ATM center . But we not have any parking space. standing space, proper area way to ATM access . ther are big snacks area, food center.ATM center's owner could not understand our problem, he is argumentative.
what we do? It is not right area / what is this? we use ATM regularly , we need ATM service day to day life. we want easy way to access ATM without any distrubing.
It will be a great help if u solve this problem for us and as soon as possible.

i am surprised to know that my application of personal loan is rejected due to reason which can not be digested.
you people giving a tag a of classical customer and yet you are unable to my process my personal loan file merely because my firm is partnership firm. i running my account for last 9 years and i paid two loans successfully through the instalments and i am able to maintain balance over a lac.

the lies with you people that you can maintain your staff then how you can maintain your customer . you change your rule book like old clothes . every time you generate new ideas with new conditions. i am getting frustrated with new staff and new rules and regulation. so finally i am thinking to with my account from your esteem bank.

Finance Charges

Hidden Charges on HDFC Credit Card

Unfortunately i am a hdfc credit card holder. i have been holding it for more than one year by now and i have not earned any single rupee benefit out of this card. Instead i lost my hard earned money in the form of finance charges.
The amount shown under a/c details is very much misleading especially the 'Minimum Due' amount. I have made payment as per the minimum due but the bank have charged interest for late payment in my next month statement. This has happended many times. Then i cant understand what is the need for this bullshit Min Due. I have not been explained by any hdfc authorities regarding these kind of purposefull misleading technical terms when i took this card or there after. While in case of other bank credit cards either its clearly mentioned with understandable wordings in their site or their authorities would explain and make us understand. This card is a complete waste as i have not earned any cash back on any of my spendings even in huge sum.
CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH PROCEDURES TO GET RID OFF THIS CARD & ESCAPE FROM THIS KIND OF CHEATERS..

HDFC.. You guys can never understand anyone's world

I had a transaction via HDFC ATM for mobile recharge worth 350 INR on 31st December 2011. I havn't got any balance in my mobile till date nor my money got refunded. I have been following up with Vodafone and HDFC for my 350 Rs. till now. This bank does not really shit about their customers. Each time they just buy time and disappoint you. Now. the situation is Vodafone says to have a talk with HDFC folks and same goes when you ask HDFC. This is the pathetic service I ever experienced. I am switching my account to Axis now and really do not want my savings account or credi card with this bank. The got worse customer care team and pathetic sevice for their customers. Shame on you guys !!!

today on 8/02/2012, i went to HDFC atm 3045 gitti khadan nagpur to withdraw cash with help of my sbi atm-cum-debit card of SBI account no.--11281053108. cash was not dispensed and message came '''sorry unable to process temporally and slip was also not printed. i again went to sbi atm machine and withdraw money rs 7000 and found atm slip. when i saw balance in slip i was surprised that balance was much less. when i checked my account on net banking, i became surprised to see ''ATM WDL OF Rs 7000 from ATM 3045 HDFC LTD NAGPUR OFF SITMAIN''
therefore i request you to reverse the amount Rs. 7000 which i did not get from HDFC ATM MACHINE gitti khadan nagpur but debited.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT PARADIP BRANCH(1818)-ODISHA

I would like to give some comment regarding HDFC bank customer service at paradip(1818),odisha.On 26th December 2011 i was submit my required document for open a salary and reimbursement account. Mr. Anil kumar sahu,personal banker of pradip branch told me that it takes 4-7 days to receive your A/c no. and ATM card
After 7 days i was call to paradip branch and ask for my A/c no.Then Mr. Anil told me it takes 4 days more.Like this i really upset after call so many times.Even also last month i met with Mr. Anil six times and call in his mobile(9938400595)/land line so many times.If i call in mobile he didn't receive and if i call in land line other guy told me Mr. Anil is busy,call afternoon.
