No. - 15/2011-12 July 4, 2011 Change in minimum number of STRIP under Systematic Transfer Investment Plan (STRIP) facility The following change is effected in the terms and conditions of STRIP mentioned under the Item No. II “How to apply?” para 12. “Systematic Transfer Investment Plan (STRIP)” of the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), with immediate effect, on a prospective basis.

Minimum number of STRIP: Minimum number of STRIP will be 20 under Daily Periodicity, 24 under Weekly Periodicity, 12 under Monthly Periodicity and 4 under Quarterly Periodicity. There will be no upper limit. If the minimum number is not mentioned, then by default, the transaction to be continued till the amount in the source scheme gets exhausted.

UTI AMC reserves the right to change /modify the terms and conditions of STRIP facility at any time. Other terms and conditions of the schemes as well as of STRIP as mentioned in the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) / Scheme Information Document (SID) of the respective schemes / STRIP Enrolment Form will remain unchanged. This addendum is an integral part of the SAI and SID / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the respective schemes / STRIP Enrolment Form and should be read in conjunction with the SAI/SID/ KIM / STRIP Enrolment Form.
