Cancellation of order and claim for refund

I have ordered a wefest delivery for couriering a glass crockery set on 1st April'24.
The executive said that the parcel has glass and his ride was Activa, so he will be unable to secure the parcel and if any breakage he will not be responsible.
I had proceeded for cancellation and he accepted the order from his end. Now I'm able to cancel it.
Request you to refund the amount as soon as possible, because the parcel is still with me.

Loss due to poor and delayed service

I booked your service so that I can get my delivery done quickly within a few hours. Your delivery guy kept roaming around the city doing other deliveries and when called, he replied back saying that his bike was damaged and wasn't functional. If his bike was damaged how on earth was I able to track him at different locations on the map? The order was delivered at 6:15 PM I had to bear huge loss because of this poor service of yours. I want a complete refund.

Failed delivery of courier

The courier damaged the parcel there was food in it which he spilled it and didn’t deliver it yet it’s been more than 12 hours now also he ain’t receiving the call or responding to anything. Kindly revert asap and refund the amount or the damage done

Complaint regarding courier

I have booked a courier today and the courier number is 70629. I have mentioned all the details while booking the courier like from where to pick and where to deliver the exact location with floor details too.
The borzo courier boy name Prashant Soni as mentioned in the app denied delivery at my place and started misbehaving. There was no one at home that time who can come downstairs to collect the parcel from him and he refused to deliver the same upto third floor which was already mentioned while booking the courier. The mobile number of the courier boy is 99xxxxxx34. My medical reports was with him which he did not deliver at my place and after four hours he submit the delivery report that the courier has delivered in the app. I have not received any courier now how I will get my reports.

Disgusting service

Parcel not delivered in time which caused me very very great inconvenience and mental torture.
Parcel picked up from my house one hour late and delivery was very late.

Last evng i had booked a courier....order no. 51609..p...pickup frm my residence Palava and drop at Mulund. I dint want my brother in law to pay so i made the online pmt for the courier which was 275. The courier was assigned to one Mr.Mayur Tamboli. Initially it showed that he was in Airoli so we waited fr 45 minutes......later after 1 hour too he dint turn up so v started making calls and found that his number was switched off. My daughter sent a mail to this ID too but no reply. I initiated a chat with customer service and one Mr Amish was on chat who took lot of time n then reverted saying sorry for incovenience we are trying to contact the courier but not able to connect.

SERIOUSLY I AM FEELING LIKE CHEATED....PMT ACCEPTED BUT NO SERVICE GIVEN ....

Later around 7 7.30 the status in the app showed that the order is delivered. SEEMS LIKE ITS A SCAM....WE TRUST THE SITE AND BOOK A COURIER FOR INSTANT DELIVERY AND YOU ALL GIVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE?? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNETHICAL.

KINDLY arrange to refund my money.

HENCEFORTH WILL NEVER AVAIL YOUR SERVICE NOR WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Late delivery, rude behavior, asked money

The parcel was supposed to reach at my place in 2hrs but it took 3 and half hours to reach. When the delivery person (Awadesh Kumar Dubey) reached my place, he started complaining that aapka location kabka khatam ho gaya tha, address barabar nahi diya, mere bike ka petrol khatam ho gaya and you have to pay me etc etc. It was already 10.30 at night and my baby was sleepy so I didn't argue with him and I paid him Rs.200 via GPay (I don't know for what sake) Uska petrol khatam ho gaya tha, that's not my lookout. I request you to take an immediate action on such delivery boys and also refund my extra money.

today 12/4/2022 automatically deducted Rs 100 as a fine. even if your app is not working properly is my fault why do you people make us fool for our hard earn money. I have deleted your app permanently useless app I suggest the delivery partner not join or install such a fraud people's app

Late Delivery and Extremely Rude Delivery Guy

Your delivery guy Rajesh Vadran was extremely rude and dumb. He didn’t know how to see the location and wouldn’t even listen to me when I was trying to explain the location and was using foul language during our entire conversation. He was supposed to deliver the item by 3 pm and he delivered it at 7:30 pm. I can gladly say that I am not going to use your service ever again. Thanks to this guy. I hope you teach him a lesson and also teach him how to talk.

Parcel smashed on way . Mishandling and misbehaving of fellow

I had ordered 1kg cake that cost 1800/- and had to be picked from the cake vendor to my place.
When the cake was delivered, i saw that the cake was totally smashed. Also the delivery guy name Ganesh panse misbehaved when questioned... I have requested and put a complaint on the app chat section which is the only way we can address this people .. sadly they are so proud of their services that there is no complaint box in the options. Have asked for a reimbursement. Hope the borzo team replies soon very. Unprofessional people.

Courier Not Delivered

Hi,
On immediate deliver i have chosen wefast courier service, so i have booked to deliver courier on Nov2 2021, agent came and pick the courier from me and and paid the deliver amount. Next day i got update inthe wefast app stating the courier is delivered but when i contact the Recipent to check the courier received or not then cam to know that the courier is not delivered simply they have updated the status in app as "completed".

When i tried to contact wefast courier through instant chat and they told courier is not delivered to recipent person or it has returned to me. Till now there is no update from wefast courier, so wefast team kindly let me know how to track or deliver agent phone no or assist here ASAP or let me know how and what action will be taken

So friends pls dont go with this courier service, very poor and there is no contact no in bangalore....very much of afraid of my courier...still i am searching..

sir मैने डेट 02/11/2021 को लॉगिन किया था और डेट 03/11/2021 को मेरा पहला आर्डर था जिसमे मुझे wefast के बारे मे मुझे ज्यादा कुछ information नहीं था और पहला आर्डर करने गया मुझे पता नही था की फोटो कैसा अपलोड करना है थोड़ा ऐसा हो गया तो प्रोफ़ाइल ही बंद कर दिया गया और मैं 2 दिन से continue mail massage call कर रहा हूं कोई रिस्पॉन्स नहीं मिल रहा है या फिर wefast से कोई रिप्लाइ आना चाहीए या फिर प्रोफाइल रिओपन कीजिए please

Grievences

My parcel was a confectionary item and need immediate delevery and cant stay till next day..the delivery boy says he tried calling both the parties for couple of times(must be,i dont deny)even the address was not in full which we dont believe as the address was given in full..in worst condition he should have returned the parcel from where it was taken..in that case the parcel was collected by the delivery boys friend and at night 11 we get to know on app it shows product delivered when the parcel he has taken home which is at panvel..according to his arguments he says there is no 3rd option he had to do..and even if he returns the parcel to sender then who will pay for returninging it was his doubt..? I think these boys need to be tought the importance of the product to reach in terms of sentimentally or emotionally what it means as we are unable to make the product again before the person needs it..how do we trust wefast for any delivery? Youll really dont know what have we lost..

Contract earnings payment not received last 3weeks

my order no. 52758 placed on kurla east on 9th june.d delivery boy asked d receipient sr citizen to come to next sreet fr their residence to collect d parcel and was refusing to make d delivery at their door steps. he was asking for more money like rs. 100/- when u had already charged me 100 rs. more than usual. d boy' name was smthg like sarfaraj.
Give me one reason for trying ur service againg.

We had a cake that cost 800/- and cupcakes that costed 200/- and had to be delivered to our customer.
When the cake was delivered, the customer saw that the cake was totally smashed. Also the delivery guy was shouting at me when I called him to confront about the same and he took 2 hours to deliver the order at an half and hour distance.
We have requested and put a complain on the app and asked for a reimbursement. We were told that we would get all our payments back, i.e. 1000/- the cost of our cake, plus 170/- for delivery, the total amount is 1170/-.
For two days now, we've been ignored on this matter.
