Encashment of cash from thomas cook card

Dear Sir

Subsequent to the above received a call form a lady stating Thomas cook representative to Encash the available balance from the Thomas cook card which is not used more than 6-months inturn she asked about my bank details please confirm the process is taken up by Thomas cook & how to authenticate the person coordinating

Not approving for the Europe trip

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that out European Tour was supposed to be from 2nd may - 13th may 2019....But our visa had been rejected by the Embassy....we had already paid 6.50 Lacks for this trip... when our visa was rejected they did not bother to help us.but they are denying that money won't be refundable.we requested them to give the papers regarding bookings...they ignored the matter and tried to over look it . they had misguided us from the very beginning.we often requested them about the papers but they misbehave with us.
So,we are requesting to looking to the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible....
