Gst & registry stamp

I purchased under construction house in 2016 in Deva road Lucknow, still not ready.
Now builder is asking 12% GST and 8%
Stamp charges for registry(for female)
Please advise me how much GST I sould pay and how much stamp charges should
Be for registry for female.

Total amount of property 40 Lacs was paid till 2017.

RERA certificate

I’ve registered yesterday in UP- RERA yesterday my account is debited but not received any confirmation from RERA.
Please suggest what to do.

RERA complaint

RERA court presided by chairman Mr Rajiv Kumar has ordered builder M/s Supertech to submit demand letter to customer with 45 days of order (order posting date 1July 2019) however builder has not responded despite rigorous follow up from customer as customer is unable to get his house and builder is Harassing the customer & forcing him to pay more money

Re-open RERA Complaint

I am not happy with RERA decision and would like RERA to re-open my complaint. Please suggest, how it can be done.

Role for B.Tech (civil),MBA(Real Estate) in RERA

I am a civil engineer graduate from NIT ,Kurukshetra in 1985 with MBA (Real Estate) from GGSIPU,Delhi in year 2008-10 and working in Delhi Development Authority as Executive Engineer (civil).I want to know if my knowledge , experience can be utilized by RERA without leaving /effecting my job in DDA.
