Poco m3 mobile phone burned during battery charge
Yesterday 17 sep 20023 I was charging battery of my mobile phone.During the charge mobile started to burn and within few seconds it finished completely.It may be damaged my body parts if I was present with phone at that time. It request to poco don't sale this type of phone. It can kill a life. If you give facility to show the condition of the phone I must upload the photo of my mobile phone. I'm requesting to users don't use this phone and keep away from children.

My camera is not working because of new system update, and service centre said that your phone is out of warranty that's why they can't do anything.since the problem is system update, that's why I need this correction of free of cost.

Frequent rebooting

Its very annoying within a year I am facing the issue of frequently rebooting of the my POCO X2 phone.Its so much frequent that I cannot access anything as soon as possible the phone unlocks there is a message dispalyed' Find device closed Unexpectedly' .Its also dissatisfying that I have searched over the net many of the users are facing the same problem as mentioned by me in this mail.Kindly look into this problem as soon as possible as this problem may result to loose most valuable data of your customers as well your goodwill. As I am also a POCO lover. Hope to hear from you soon.

im using poco f1. oneday im using my phone asusuall that hanged and the touch is not responding I dont know what to do so I switched off it and i started it.That takes much more time than previous. anyway i turned on and im typed password it doesn't work and it switched off automatically and i plugged charger it charging when the screen is on and not when the screen is off.And I can't able to charge the phone bcz it switch off automatically ..finally its dead
Screen lock
Hello! I am having an issue with my pocof1. The screen locks on it's own after 10 seconds. I tried to change the sleep setting to never but nothing happened. I just want my screen to stay on when idle until I press the screen lock button. Please help.
