I got two calls from buyer regarding my products. they try to buy products. they are ready to buy any price . mostly fraud people. they say open phone pe app and click on contact for transferring money. I think big gang is working on this fraud. it happens in kalyan area (maharashtra) beyond thane. people be careful. they start with army card something. if they are paying money before taking products. then it must be fraud.

In 14 desember I saw a add on oasure 220...I chat with him and collect the number...he told that he could transfer the bike..so hi asked money ...hi provide some false document and rto massage I give him total 45000...the next day I gave money his mobile of...plese olx help me plz..I can give you his bank details and phono no and recording ..plz help me

OLX ki team chor h or poori tarah choro se mili hui h. Is samay OLX pe chor jyada or sahi log kam h. Toh sandhan rahe or kabhi bhi advance me paise na de . Fraud jyadater apne aap ko army men batate h.

Hi have payed for premium account, Next day they suspended my account without any prior notice or reason. There customer service is pathetic, first of all, the call didn't connect for an hour. Once the call is connected, then the customer representative didnt respond. there was no voice from other end.
I lost my money to olx without even knowing the reason,
Such a pathetic platform,
I suggest all public never to buy payed service of THIS OLX...BECAUSE THEY WILL AXE YOUR MONEY.

We have requested to buy old bullet motorcycle at website OLX on 31 July and Dealing is already with vikram Singh , also it’s Promise delivery on 4 august and ask advance money 7300 rupees for document purposes & delivery changed .
I have sent money At account from Dubai because I am working in UAE. But as promise vikram Singh is not deliver motorcycle at our place when I asked status then vikram ask more money but I am not sent . After vikram said our deal is canceled . And not give refunds money .
Request you to pls help us about refund money and take the action to vikram for fraud.

Hello we are unable to use ur app to chat with others. When we try to add email or contact its notifying user not found. Worst app no use at all.

I had uploaded an ad for a cot & a pram this morning for an amount of Rs12000. I get a call from an interested buyer and he asked for a Rs 1000 discount to which I agreed. He didn't even want to come and see the products! He said he will transfer some money via google pay now and told me to give the phone to my husband on whose account the money would get transferred. He was giving him instructions and eventually he talked my husband into keying in his UPI code to receive the money. As a result of which Rs 11690 got debited from his account instead of the amount getting credited! Despite insisting on reversing the payment, the thief was adamant. I have his number (though am not sure if it's genuine or not) and the bar code. The whatsapp DP is that of an army guy. I am writing with a hope of getting some help to recover the money.

Olx is totaly fraud site.
I transfer 64000 rs instead of deal in 33000 rs for activa 5g..
But still ACTIVA 5G not deliverd to me..

I added an ad on OLX to sell guitar. A person showed interest to purchase it at deal of 3500 INR and exchanged number to proceed further. He said he is out of station so he is transferring online and shared the QR code ony WhatsApp number and asked to scan QR code in PhonePe application. After scanning the code, 3500 were debited from my account. He said that's by mistake and sent other code. Again 9,999 were deducted then he sent QR code of 1 Rs which was credited in my account. Again 10,000 were deducted after that. The amount was deducted thrice 3,500, 9,999, 10,000 INR from my account. After rigorously asking and calling to pay the money back, he block my number. The OLX and WhatsApp account is still active.

Mere sath bhi olx pr fraud hua h. Satish kumar ne fraud kiya h. 40000 rs.ka fraud hua h. Samsung A9 2018 17000 me deal hui thi. Bt satish kumar courier charges keh keh kr mujhse 40000 rs. Apne paytm account me transfer krwa liye. Na phone mila aur na paise. Mere pass proof bhi h. Courier charges ke bina mujhe courier nhi milega aisa bola tha Satish me. 2100 daale the first time jisme satish ne bola ki 100 GST me cut jaenge baki 2000 wo apko cash de dega. Cash wapas mil jaega is wajh se fraud ka shikar ho gai main. 23.1.2019 ko deal hui thi hmari. Ab kya karu main? Koi suggestion btao jo mujhe mera paisa wapas mil jae.

Fraud Seller are posting other seller's advertise by taking documents from original seller and asking buyers to pay online.Fraud seller are telling that they are working in Indian army and asking online money for sending atom (car/bike) by army transport.
I had paid Rs 3000. And they are cheated me.So don't do any online transactions. And police are not taking complaint.

It is very annoying apps when every user/buyer response comes in mobile. it good sign that not single miss by saller but most of buyer/user unnecessary quote fake/cheap price , but their is no options to filter that chat msg not comes seller's inbox /mobile. such a example, if a saller given a ad to sale his camera suppose rs 30,000 and he decide that he sale with negotiated price as per buyer approx 23k to 25k. but some of fake buyer/olx user whose no requirement of camera and even not purchase it, but quote offer price of that camera like 10k, 5k etc as this fake buyer (large number) msg continuously ping seller mobile as notification. which is very very annoying that I feel.
So I have some opinion regarding this.
1. give star/point rating user who are willing to buy or sale any item.
2. successful buyer and seller get extra point increase their rank.
3. seller have option to allow who r participate in his chat to buy his item (as per rank/point)
4. seller have to mention a hidden minimum price in OLX, on that price below no buyer can offer
5. Seller have rights after certain period he/she can revise the minimum price if no buyer not participate.
6. introduce auction system for seller with time frame.

Hope OLX team think this issue and reply.

Sir... recently I noted adds on OLX. Somebody posts adds of Bose audio systems for cheap price ...and when we respond to add they will give WhatsApp number for further contact...add location shows in India. is chennai.kochi etc...but WhatsApp number shows in America...they ask to pay 1/4 cash as upfront fees and they will send courier....but after payment they ask more money....and never send courier...now such. two adds are active...such..I responded to one and he has given the same WhatsApp number again...

olx - pl change my ad posted category. it has been automatically assigned wrong as kids furniture. my product is food item for cats and dogs. please change the ad category to relevant pets category. for better response
