Pl note I have availed the Ola cab trip in Sept 2022
from.madhavadhara to visakhapatnam Rly St.
In Visakhapatnam
Andhra Pradesh.

As there was some technical issue for p pay

Pl check ur business associate, the driver, if he collected the money.

App showing recurrent issue of pending payment

I'm totally shocked... once i was paid amount to Autowala ... then why showing due payment notification in OLA app... this type foolish happen is facing since 2 time with OLA...

Double payment to ola driver via Paytm and cash

Transaction on Paytm was showing pending so I made cash payment also. After 2 day's Paytm payment went through and driver has not refunded my money.

This Uday Prakash using OLA app with mobile no 8XXXXXXX08.
From last so many days am sending mail as your customer care number not working.
Whenever I am paying cash to driver it always showing pending. Kindly and why OLA started asking payment two times for single ride.
This is wrong strategy from OLA to harrase customers.

Same here, even I am facing the same issue with my last trip and there is. I response from OLA and so not allowing further booking.

Now they have started a new option of postpaid wherein this old amount is shown as paid and an invoice is generated as postpaid:

Pls look into this…I am not going to pay a single penny for the ride for which I have already made the payment.

Cheating ola. Yesterday I have booked a ride for which showing me 373 rs but the driver charged me 1102. Ola is cheater that's why from today I will reject this app and will not refer other to make any ride by ola.

Pending KYC, expiring Ola wallet money.

I have opted for KYC verification by agent. It has been 3 days since I opted for the verification and nobody has come to verify my documents. My Ola wallet is expiring on 31st August 2019, that is, 2 days later. I have pretty huge amount in my Ola wallet. Kindly arrange the visit soon or else help me select KYC verification in the cab.

Hi I had done my KYC by verification where in your executive showed up at my office checked the documents and he had informed me that it’s done it will be reflecting within 1 or 2 days . Now when I log in into my account it is still showing to update the KYC. Kindly check with your local office.
