Refund of our flights

Our tickets were booked in Bhutan Airlines . By Tour operator Natures Wings Kolkata.
PNR no H5FRO
It is a group booking of senior citizens above 70 years age.
Date of journey
5th April Kolkata to Paro
Return
11th April Paro to Kolkata
Since the journey could not Take place due to lock down , the tickets were sent for refund .
Pl let us know when we are likely get our refund .

@samarendra Roy- did you receive your refund. It has been more than 5 months. We still haven't received our refund. Bhutan airlines has been very disappointing.
