Misguiding to its customers at the time of loan disbursement

I mr bharat parihar taken a two wheeler loan from dnsb bank virar branch 1 year back and i was miss guided and cheated by the branch manager miss payal when i went at the branch for loan enquiry she said that we will do 100% funding at 8.95% and you have to open a 0 balance account here. So i said ok and i have done all the process of loan. At the time of disbursement she asked me to get 5 100 rupees stamp paper and then she said u have to open a recurring account of 1000 rs per month and when i said thay u didn't tell me at the time of loan enquiry she said this is our standard process and you have to take or els your loan will not get disbursed when i opposed it then she said ok not 1000 but you have to open 500 rupees recurring account then only i will disburse your loan and at that time i don't have any option so forcefully i have given and this shits and i have to disburse the loan because i have to take a bike on my ospicious day of mahurat. And after a month when i came to the branch for the pass book update then i came to know that this account is not 0 balance account it was minimum 1000 balance account and u have to maintain tha balance. When i asked the lady at the branch she said we don't have any 0 balance account when i said that your manager said me at the time of loan enquiry so she said u talk to her how she said this but we dont have any 0 balance account. I think miss payal is doing the same trik to all its customers for her business to grow.i m very upset with this behaviour and now i think that the head office should look into this matter or els i will esclate this matter on all the social sites.
