Lethargic and absolutely rude

Ms, Ritu / Mr. Praveen / Hello Bata India,

I am sorry to say but it looked like Bata India didn't want to take any action. Bata India being lethargic and absolutely rude while talking to customers is trying to prolong the simple issue.

For my below query, I had to call customer care several times in the last 1 week to check on the status and was shocked to hear that you did not even have the information on the pick-up. Though you have arranged for the pick up of the return and you are asking me to send the acknowledgement of the pick up. Can you not track and get the update from the courier team rather than asking customers.

I want this issue to be resolved ASAP as there is a considerable delay from Bata India and can't wait for another 4-5 working days.
