There is around 1000 people
There is around 1000 people struggling to book tickets at any given station on weekends. Try and learn through delhi or Hyderabad metro how they have tackled this issue with zero inconvenience to customers while booking tickets through Rapido, whatsapp or QR systems. You have a stupid App only for online booking that too crashes all the time
Compensation for damage to my BMW and Ford Ecosport
On 8th January, 2019, my security person woke us up at 4 am reporting KMRC paint contractors are not listening that our cars being damaged by paintwork in progress whole night.
We then also tried to drill sense in those people but they paid no heed. So I had to send sms to GM MR Karmali, Chief engineer Mr Dewanjee and also to supervisor MR Abhra.
Finally I called KMRC supervisor Mr Abhra Basu to ask these people to stop painting as paint was being aired on to my cars. But he disconnected the phone and also yelled at me in the morning for being disturbed at 4 am.
Sir don’t we have to live and work and should not we object to being woken up and having our property damaged like this?
MR Karmali also spoke to me in no uncertain words asking me to stop sending him messages frequently raising objections to disturbances at night.
Sir, I need your compassionate understanding of the situation and our hardship over these 9 years of our life. Can we not request KMRC to honour our agreement for this giving us relief at least at night hours 8pm-8am to take rest and be able to go for work in the day.
Pls revert with your considered views and give us a time to meet you regarding above.
