Cashless Claim
- For cashless claim kindly follow the steps given below:
- The member selects the network hospital where they wish to be treated.
- Show your card at the hospital.
- The hospital will fill out the Pre-Auth request and send it to HI TPA.
- HI TPA will receive the Pre-Auth request and review it.
- Approval will be obtained for cashless hospitalisation.
Reimbursement Claim
- For reimbursement claim kindly follow the steps given below:
- The insured member undergoes treatment at a hospital meeting the policy criteria.
- Collect and send the discharge summary, claim form, and bills to HI TPA within 24 hours of hospitalisation.
- HI TPA receives the documents and reviews them.
- On approval, the member is reimbursed for the claim.

my deposit money is paid by hospital but Dr. fee is still pending
even the cash less approval is received on 3/4/2018. the hospital require
