Very bad service from TCL
I raised a complaint on 29/10/21 regarding led tv but TCL service not respond.. worsted service by TCL.. anyone help me please

Purchased tcl qled tv through amazon.. TV received on 5th Nov.. Installation scheduled for Nov 8th by Amazon.. No one from TCL responded / contacted / attended installation till this time.. TV kept idle at home.. If this is the situation Kindly advice whether to return the TV and claim refund from Amazon ..

Bought a led TV 1 and half yes before the tv got repaired complaint raised and nearly 3 months of time no proper service. I do not recommend this brand anymore to any person having the same answer it will serviced shortly really vexed about tcl service worst worst worst.the product cost is nearly 60000rs equal to a premium brand and they are also not going to carry this service warranty also.

Very bad experience after purchased TCL TV they r not care about customer. I was purchased on march month till date no any repsentetive call and installed TV . I will suggest don't buy this type company product, who doesn't care customers.

Hi, i have taken product of TCL 55incs 3years ago, Which served for good years 3. Since 1 month there was an issue with the display. I called the customer care and explained the situation. After 2days, service guy comes to home and told us that there is in LED strip issue which many cost you about 7k and said he will send someone to taken this tv he many charge you 500 for pick up and drop, after that service guy kept the TV for one week and told that there no issue in tv I am sending it back since it reached we checked the tv the same problem persist I called service guy he told me that I have service everything now it is absolutely fine and charge me about thousand 1000 and pickup and drop prices change 800 all of a sudden the price change for pickup and drop from 500 to 800 I was forced to pay. Later i called the person who came for checking he given me a call he told me to call is senior and complaint about it at the same and again the TV pickup happened after 2 days again I started calling and no one had no clue about which product what is an issue I force them that I will complaint this issue after that they said will check all of a sudden they said it will cost you about 28k and the senior person mr Pradeep started defending there team saying it was not a mistake of our team
1st question is why did you charge 1000 rs when you guys have didn't even looked at once.
2nd question why should a customer call the service guy to update every time is that the way TCL functions and provide the to customer.
3rd question why did service guy mislead about the service at first time and once it reaches the service station they mislead me after I said that I will take an action all of a sudden why did they change the pricing from 7k to 28.
I have full proof of what they have spoken.
I wish someone take issue seriously and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Warranty Repair of TCL TV
I purchased a 32” TCL TV thru Amazon on 07.1.19. On 10.11.19 it stopped working & complained to customer care center, & I was told that it will be resolved with in 48 hours. On 12.11.19 one service person visited & said that one board is defective & it will be ordered & will be replaced in next 2-3 days.
I said ok, after three days I tried to call the person who visited, but No response. On 19.11.19 I could contact the person & asked the status of the repair. He asked me to call after sometime as he is busy. I contacted him again after so many attempts I could contact him, this time he said he is out side, and again he asked me call him tomorrow morning when he will be in office.
So this is the response from TCL service for the warranty repair, I don’t know whether I will be able contact him again or not. Is there Any body above the service person, so that I can contact & get some assurance, when the TV will be repaired.

I am facing issue since 8 days approx while tv purchached date is july 8th, last 8 days my tv is not power on , i have complain against it but this is not good servicing, in jaipur led parts not in stock so 10 days is very high for solutions
Request you to please minimise these days for servicing so that customer did not hyper.

Tv not working
I Bought the TV on feb-19. Only three months my TV started And this is June on the TV completely stopped working. I raised a complaint. They said a technician will arrive. After 12 days making the complaint, a guy came and said mother board had fault. Need to be replaced. Now it is july-19. For 1 month what these service center is doing I'm not sure. But I really hate this TV. I'm feeling so bad that because of this product. O wasted my money on investing a piece of garbage. Still haven't received any call from the technician or a reply mail from TCL

Worse Service and Customer Support
I bought this TV from Amazon with 1 year warranty. One small round came in display. I booked the compliant after engineer told this is not a display problem please update the steps via phone. Again the problem will came. That round is day by day size is big. I raised compliant within warranty still no response and nobodies will come and rectifying. Coimbatore service center person told I am having display in my hand but my superior not given permission to change the display. I spoke to Superior, he told Customer Care told but I am not having any letter from TCL. Where I go? Please Don't Buy.......... Worst Display and Service and Customer Care..... everything is worst..... I am not recommended to anybody........
