Vehicle Shifting other state through M.P. Border

Respected Sir.,

when we are shifting the our vehicle at Maharashtra to other state for Example Rajasthan, Haryana, Utter Pradesh, Bihar etc, then Mp Border Check Post RTO will very Harassment to our HMV Drivers for Vehicle Entry and out time. all Document complete valid, Vehicle is good condition and got vehicles Transfer NOC with Border Tax but Check post officer is no relished any our vehicles without Harassment and 5000 to 10000 rs bribe. why this type Harassment when we are followup all Central motor vehicle rules completely ??????

Complaint against speed breakers at wrong place

Two speed breakers have been made on Talawali main road in front of Ansal Township-Talawali Chanda. The speed breaker should be made at the entry road of the township and not on the main road. The speeding vehicles entering from township still can enter main road without slowing down which actually need to stop and watch rather than every vehicle passing through main road to unnecessarily stop and feel bumps. This will also increase the life of speed breakers as less number of vehicles will pass through them.

Un-known status of my application for learning license

I have applied for learning license to be issued as endorsement for LMV on 04/01/2020 vide Reference ID MP0920135400453. But since then I am receiving a message as "Record not found as per selected criteria !!!". Fresh license is issued immediately, but why learning as endorsement is taking too much time is beyond my understanding. Please let me know, how much time will be needed to get the learning licence.

कब सुधार आएगा, किससे जानकारी ले, तीनो फोन नम्बर बंद बता रहे हैं, कास्टमर केयर के, यही हमारा डिजिटल इंडिया है, इसलिए तो जानकारी के आभाव मै नागरिक दलालो के बीच लुट जाता है, कोई जानकारी देने वाला नही है, कोई भी instruction board नही है, बड़े बड़े फॉर्म है, कम पढ़ा लिखा व्यक्ति तो दल्लाआओ के बीच फस ही जाता हैं, हम जैसे भी परेशान हो जाते है, कहां जाये, एक तरफ दल्ला और दूसरी ओर पुलिस, नियमों कायदे मे फास् ही लेते है, कृपया सही जानकारी हमें rto ऑफिस और नेट पर उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करे तो हजारो नागरिक परेशान नही होंगे
