Regarding the migration from one institution to another
I have to take migration from one institution to another.Basically i have given my 11th class annual exam in 2019 and in that result i had one
Subject failed and after that i filled the form for bi-annual exam.But due to lockdown you have announced that the students who had filled the form for appearing in class 11 bi-annual of kashmir division will be given mass promotion.
After that now I don't have marks sheet because the board has provided me the marks sheet of mass promotion result.
So tell what i have to do to get migration
