Want to solve my problem regarding my spactacles frame

"I had bought spectacles but their frame keeps getting loose again and again. The store here has also closed down and there is no store nearby either.Nearby store are also 150 kilometers away. How can I get my frame fixed or exchange? Please suggest."

Misbehaving with the customer

I went to the store in jaipur Gayatri nagar gopalpura it was not the first time..an arrogant tone. The Optometrists was not available the second time...And mr. Piyush was not giving me in writing that the eyes cannot be tested...this has happened the second time and it is written outside lenskart free eye sight check up...I went to buy my son's spectacles in urgent as it was broken.So if a brand is growing so much...then how can they misbehave.and only one staff takes care of the store..I have the full video
