Hello BPCL,

I have to transfer the Bharat Gas Connection to my mother name, because my father had expired, when i reach the Bharat Gas Agency SRI JAYARAM ENTERPRISES to transfer the connection with all said documents, the staff of agency behave rude with us like they are providing us Free cylinder, i have took this issue to Amberpet Police also, at time time 5-6 customers also complaining the same rude behaviour of the Staff with the Police personnel who came to check the issue, this is very bad experience we are facing here with this Agency.

Today when i reach to collect the transfer documents now they are asking me to need separate mobile number the old number will not work, i told them that my father number is active and that number my Mother is using then also they are not doing my work and today they are using very abuse language with me and asking what ever you want to do you can do we are not transferring your connection.

When I called 155233 and talked with Customer care regarding the same issue, she told me if the old number is still active on that same number also the connection will transfer, if that number is not active we need to give another number.

This is the behaviour of your very good Bharat Gas Distributor : 117442, Name : Sri JAYARAM ENTERPRISES, Bagh Amberpet Hyderabad.

I kindly request the concerned Bharat Petroleum authorities to please look into this issue.

NOTE :
I took the video of Today and Day First also, please cancel their licence.

With reference to my complaint

I have registered a complaint stating that a deffective cylinder was delivered to us and that we faced promblems and an unfornate incident have been avoided. The negligence of the staff would have cost us lives.
I received the complaint number in the SMS and within an hour I received another SMS stating that the problem is been resolved.
I expected that someone from responsible department will call us and understand our problem but nothing of this sort happened. I did not expect such a thing from a company like Bharat gas.
We are not satisfied and expect a proper action from your end.

After complements,

I am one among the few hundreds consumer of Bharath gas customer number 25053 - VELACHERY Chennai. I have done online booking the cylinder on 22/11/2019 and received the message my dealer clear the delivery upto 2/11/2019 and again i have received the message saying that my cash voucher prepared on 9/12 / 2019, Usually the same day cylinder will be delivered to us but this time till date we have not received the cylinder and we have also following them from 13/12/2019

My c/no: 183822...i have only one gas connection. I used past 15years..but now I can't able to gas through mobile.. I asked distributor they are telling multiple connections showing in ur name... But really I have only one gas connection.. Kindly solve the issue

I beg to get an information about that previous matter I have written but couldn't get any feedback. So sir newly connected with Bharat gas before that I have a connection with JP gas. I am a central government employee, due to transfer of my work place I have newly connected with Bharat gas. But the dealer forced me to buy a TAWAI RS 850 including 1400 for new connection and they also have taken RS 830 for cylender and RS 30 extra for van fare but that not shown in their register note book . So I want to know is products buying mendatory in place of new connection. Pls feedback me and oblige me

This is Naidu Kannuru son of Babaji from Koruvada Jagannadhapuram village, K.Kotapadu Mandal, Visakhapatnam district. I would like to transfer my gas connection from my mother to father since my mother had expired 20th April 2017.

My father and I approached nearest office at K.Kotapadu and asked the details how to transfer gas connection then they have asked us to submit Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Gas bond paper, bank account details, 2 passport photos and my mother's death certificate. We have submitted but the office representative at K.Kotapadu office is not responding properly and telling some nonsense reasons such as my father's name is not matching from Aadhar card and voter ID. I agree that there is spell mistake i.e., Kannuru Babaji (in Aadhar card) and Kannuru Baboji (in Voter ID).

Could you please tell me what is the procedure for transfer gas connection?

Dear Sir,

I am a customer of Shree Sai Bharat Gas and my name is Srabana Ranjan Mallia I am booking the a cylinder on dated: 13/08/2018 booking no-22022 now I had not got the cylinder, now I am requesting you to kindly deliver the cylinder before end.

The date of booking 13/08/18 to 19/09/18 total days 36 days but now I have not got the cylinder, due to unavailable of supply man, I am facing so many problem, kindly solver at your end.

In the booking history and in the messages received my booking numberand delivery dates are 17/08/2018 and20/08/2018 respectively. On 22/08/2018 again I received a message that a subsidy amount of Rs. 279.58 has been credited to my account. But nothing has happened except the booking.Till time the cylinder hasnot been delivered and any subsidy amount hasn't been credited. Let me know what happened. Where is my cylinder was delivered and in which account the subsidy was credited? A clear cut answer is required in this matter and the problem should be settled immediately. Otherwise I am made to go other way.

Can anyone help??? Bhandup west Bharatgas (Sunil gas service) Mumbai- 400078. First the staff are worst not co-operative, answers are illogical......giving customer care number only one after one and that side no one available to received call of customer. we are providing them all verified documents from bank but lady over receiving end saying i don't know what to do........shame on worst service ever

wrongly selected the opted out option while booking through Mobile application. Hence request to restore the services in order to receive subsidy in his bank account.
