Sir, I cannot cancel my JAL ticket online. There is no CANCEL button anymore. Any your india 800 number is not working
Impossible to cancel ticket !
Last four days been trying to cancel a flight tkt Bengaluru-Tokyo-Bengaluru booked thru JAL online (Delhi Office), it is so frustrating ! The site says cannot cancel online have go thru 1800-102-4135 , nobody responds .Now my call on hold for one hour !
Gosh finally after one hour I got a response .........cancel charges INR 10,500/-, hope the refund comes in a week as promised .
Why oh why cant they simplify things , I am at my wit's end.....
