I have been trying to call customer service in France for 3 hours and the system keeps hanging up on my! I have tried to handle the issue through the website but I get an error code saying to contact customer service! Please can someone contact me!

I took air france flight 217 on 1/6/22 from Mumbai(BOM) to Paris (CDG). The take off was delayed so I missed my connecting flight from Paris. So I went for claim for delayed flight and missed flight compensation from Care Health Insurance company. They are asking for reason for delayed take off from operating airlines i.e. air france. So please help me out and send me the reason which I can forward to the insurance company. I am providing the booking details as below

Hello,
I travelled by Air France on Sep 18th from Bangalore - Paris - Billund and my baggage was lost.
I am writing this because it’s not just another incident of lost baggage but the AirFrance/KLM should be aware of challenges an economy passenger goes through.
I was there in a business trip and returned back on Sep 25th and I am yet to get my baggage.
The baggage had all my belongings, laptop accessories, electronic belongings and other valuables.
But unfortunately I had to face this challenging situation when I was in a business visit to Denmark.
It has been almost 10 days and there has not been any action or communication from Air France.
I had to call up many times to Air France and even visited in person to Paris and Amsterdam (on my return journey) counters for support.
The response from the Air France office was very bad and there was no sign of apology or consolation to a passenger who is still experiencing the loss.
It also involves continuous emotional stress when all your belongings are lost and you have to perform your official responsibilities in Europe.
Does an Economy class passenger of Air France deserve such a response or would it be the same response if it had happened to Anne Rigail or Benjamin Smith.
Why is Air France having such a atrocious response to an Economy class passenger.
How are they going to compensate this loss and what would be their response.
A response to this would be very well appreciated.

My bag is missing since the 14th of June 2022. It’s the 1st of July 2022 and there has been no feedback from the airline and my bag has yet not reached my country of domicile as requested on the baggage inventory report at Malpensa airport , Iltaly .
I reside in Mumbai .
This is absolutely pathetic service on part of Air France and will never be flying them or recommending this airline to anyone .

Horrible service at checkin
As usual the check-in staff at airfrance bangalore is clueless on how to help passengers. I was traveling from blr to .orf with a confirmed delta comfort seat and Air France issued us one boarding pass in main cabin and another in delta comfort. When I showed the staff my reservation confirmation I was basically told that it was not their problem and it was a delta problem. Asked for a supervisor and a duty officer Tong B Ram showed up and he was worst than the lady at the check in. The two together basically told us that it was our pronlem problem and they could do nothing to help. Had to contact Delta to get the issue resolved. Do not travel Air France that provides poor customer service.

Need receipt of the money I was asked to pay for window seat
I travelled from Vancouver-Paris-Mumbai-Ahmedabad by Air France on 19th August 2018. While taking my boarding pass, I was told that if I want a window seat, I should pay $41 as it's a "paid seat". I paid the money but they didn't give me the receipt. I was told it will be sent on my email. It's been 6 days now and I have not received the receipt.

Missing baggage
My brother, Aakash Rohra travelled from London to Bombay on flight AF218 and arrived in Mumbai on August 11th, 2018. It has been 3 days and he hasn't received his bag yet. Inspite of repeated emails and as also made multiple phone calls, the customer care representatives seem to be completely clueless on the status of his bag.
My wedding is in 2 days and so many essentials for the event are in his bag.
He had a similar experience even on his flight from Bombay to Edinburgh where his bags went missing for about two days.
This is the worst flying experience we have had by far along with the most clueless customer service.
Please get back to us immediately on this.

Was on Boston to Delhi flight via Paris-Mumbai. AF cancelled Paris - Mumbai flight and put me on Air India to Delhi. They promptly lost the luggage. AF has washed its hands off and are pointing to Air India. Has been 3 days and no one has a clue where the baggage is. Visiting India for only 2 weeks and AF has totally wrecked my vacation!! Very irresponsible and pathetic customer service!! Avoid AF at all costs and I will do the same. My best friend in Paris has experienced luggage issues with AF multiple times. AVOID AIR FRANCE !!!!

Was your flight AF 218 on 15 July that was cancelled? I have called AF multiple times, now they have started cutting calls if I say "missing baggage". I was sent from PARIS->HONG KONG->CHENNAI->MUMBAI. I arrived Mumbai on 17 July instead of 15th. At least you had a flight directly to India! I am a student and I missed classes due to this.

I've been trying to call you for more than 5 days in regards to change my flight (TXFCI8). The calls usually get disconnected. I only managed to reach your operators a few time but in each case the call got disconnected. What am I supposed to do now? There is no other option given to contact you. Not even a online chat or something. Compare to the price I pay for your services this is unacceptable. Please work out something and get back to me as soon as possible.
There is no other given option to change or cancel my flight than calling your Indian customer service which costs a fortune. I've given my number to the operator to call me back in case the call gets disconnected again. We're half way through the rebooking when the call got disconnected again. I've been waiting for you to call me back for the last half an hour. Please call me back on the given number as soon as possible.

Lost Baggage

My mother (Geeta Batta) checked in two luggages before boarding flight AF0225 to Paris departed at 1:25 on 15th Feb to Paris and eventually landing in US (Raleigh, NC). When she reached in US, she got one of her luggage (purple colored) and the big black colored luggage could not be located which she checked in Delhi airport. The officer in charge opened the File reference # RDUDL59723 to locate this bag as he could not see it in system so I would like to request you to see if you have unclaimed luggage in Delhi airport which matches with what's mentioned in this file, please ship it. My mother had medicines it in, so I need it urgently. I am very frustrated with the person who checked in two bags and but provided one tag to my mom. I am not sure why someone will do it but right now my family is paying the price for it.
