How to File a Complaint in Maharashtra Grievance Redressal Portal (Aaple Sarkar)
Go to the official website of
Maharashtra Grievance Redressal

Click on
citizen registration
.
If you are a new user, register as a citizen (provide email + mobile, verify via OTP) .
Enter all the personal detail that are stated in the form to register.
If you are already registered, just log in.
Fill the Grievance Form
Enter grievance details (explain clearly what is the problem).
Optionally, upload relevant documents or images (max size as per portal rules).
Complete captcha (if required) and submit.
On submission you get a token number / registration number.
Click on preview to see all the personal or complaint details.
Track Your Complaint
Use the token number (or login) to see the status of your grievance in the
Track Grievance
Status section.
