How to File a Complaint in Maharashtra Grievance Redressal Portal (Aaple Sarkar)

• Go to the official website of Maharashtra Grievance Redressal .
• Click on citizen registration .
  

• If you are a new user, register as a citizen (provide email + mobile, verify via OTP) .
  
  
  
• Enter all the personal detail that are stated in the form to register.
  

• If you are already registered, just log in.
  

• Fill the Grievance Form
  • Enter grievance details (explain clearly what is the problem).
  • Optionally, upload relevant documents or images (max size as per portal rules).
  • Complete captcha (if required) and submit.
  • On submission you get a token number / registration number.

• Click on preview to see all the personal or complaint details.
  

• Track Your Complaint
  • Use the token number (or login) to see the status of your grievance in the Track Grievance Status section.
