How to Register a Complaint?
- Go to Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (iPGRS) Official Website .
- Click on "Login as Citizen" to start the registration process
- Enter your mobile number and OTP to proceed further
- Fill Citizen/Grievance Registration Form to submit your query/complaint
- After form submission you will receive a Grievance ID for complaint tracking
- It will show you the status of your complaint application
You will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful registration of your grievance.
Complaint Registration Through Janaspandana App
Firstly install Janaspandana App on your device
- Open the app and register/login with your mobile no.
- Click on the three dots (top-right corner), then tap "New Grievance Registration"
- Follow the process and fill all necessary details, then submit the form
- After submission you will receive a Grievance ID as proof
You will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful registration of your grievance.
