How to Lodge Complaint Online
- Visit the Official Website .
- Click on "Lodge Your Grievance" .
- Select Pensioner Type:
- Select the appropriate Type of Pensioner
- Click on "Continue" to proceed
- Fill the Grievance Registration Form :
- Provide the following mandatory information: Ministry/Department from which Retired, Office/Organisation from which retired/retiring, Grievance Pertains To, Grievance Category etc
- Enter Personal and Pension Details: Email ID, Residential Address,
Country, State, District, PIN Code,
Mobile Number,
Type of Pension,
Bank Name,
Pensioner's Bank Account Number,
Bank IFSC Code.
- Provide Grievance Details:
Enter the detailed description of the grievance.
- Upload supporting documents (PDF or other permitted formats), if any
- Submit the Grievance
- OTP Verification
- Enter the OTP received on the applicant registered mobile number to authenticate the submission.
- A Grievance Registration Number will be sent to the registered mobile number, save this number carefully for future reference.
- Click " Send Reminder/Clarification ": Use this option if your grievance response is delayed.

- Click " View Grievance/Appeal Status ": Use this option to check the current status and pendency level of your grievance.

- If you are not satisfied with the solution, then you can file an Appeal .
- Click " Appeal ": Use this option if you are not satisfied with the reply or resolution provided.
