CM Sankalp मुख्यमंत्री शिकायत प्रक्रिया
आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ शिकायत दर्ज करते समय आपको निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता हो सकती है:
- पहचान प्रमाण - आधार कार्ड, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, या ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
- पता प्रमाण - बिजली/पानी का बिल, राशन कार्ड, या आधार कार्ड
- शिकायत संबंधी दस्तावेज़ - बिल, फोटोग्राफ, या कोई अन्य साक्ष्य (अधिकतम 3 फ़ाइलें, प्रत्येक 2MB से अधिक नहीं, केवल JPG, JPEG, PNG और PDF)
आप निम्नलिखित तरीकों से शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं:
- हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर कॉल करें: 1100 (मुख्यमंत्री सेवा संकल्प, 24x7)

शिकायत दर्ज करने की ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया
- हिमाचल प्रदेश CM हेल्पलाइन की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट cmsankalp.hp.gov.in पर जाएं और "शिकायत/सुझाव दर्ज करें" बटन पर क्लिक करें। (यदि आप हिमाचली NRI हैं तो "हिमाचली NRI - शिकायत दर्ज करें" बटन पर क्लिक करें।)
- शिकायतकर्ता की जानकारी फॉर्म में अपना मोबाइल नंबर, नाम, ईमेल (वैकल्पिक) और लिंग दर्ज करें।
- शिकायत पंजीकरण फॉर्म में निम्नलिखित जानकारी भरें:
- शिकायत का क्षेत्र चुनें - ग्रामीण (Rural) या शहरी (Urban)।
- संबंधित विभाग (Department) और श्रेणी (Categories) चुनें।
- जिला (District), क्षेत्र/ब्लॉक (Area/Block), ग्राम पंचायत और गाँव चुनें।
- अपना पूरा पता (Street Address) और शिकायत का विवरण (Description) लिखें।
- यदि कोई दस्तावेज़ हो तो अपलोड करें। इसके बाद "Get OTP" पर क्लिक करें और मोबाइल पर प्राप्त OTP दर्ज करें।
- "Register a Public Complaint" बटन पर क्लिक करें।
- शिकायत सफलतापूर्वक दर्ज होने पर स्क्रीन पर आपकी शिकायत क्रमांक (Complaint Number) दिखेगी। "OK" पर क्लिक करें और इस नंबर को ध्यान से नोट कर लें - इसकी आवश्यकता शिकायत की स्थिति जानने के लिए पड़ेगी।
- अपनी शिकायत की स्थिति जानने के लिए cmsankalp.hp.gov.in पर जाएं और "शिकायत/मांग/सुझाव की स्थिति खोजें" पर क्लिक करें। शिकायत क्रमांक या मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करें, "Get OTP" पर क्लिक करें और OTP सत्यापित करें - आपकी शिकायत की वर्तमान स्थिति स्क्रीन पर दिखेगी।
समाधान का समय और अपील प्रक्रिया
शिकायत की जटिलता के आधार पर समाधान में सामान्यतः 30 दिन लगते हैं। प्रत्येक स्तर पर SMS/Email के माध्यम से जानकारी दी जाएगी। यदि निर्धारित समय में शिकायत का समाधान न हो, तो आप अपनी शिकायत को मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय (CMO) तक बढ़ा सकते हैं।
